BARONS IMPROVE TO 5 WINS AND 1 LOSS IN LEAGUE PLAY
The Barons won behind the strong pitching of Seth Timpke and Sean Goforth tonight. Logan Bushnell collected two hits while driving in four runs in the 5-3 victory over the Wildcats. Sumi collected the other RBI. Timpke struck out the side in the fifth prior to giving the ball to Goforth who earned the save. The Barons improved their league record to five wins and one loss. They travel to Denny Seath in west Seattle tomorrow to face the Brewers baseball club. First pitch will be thrown at 5:30 pm.
