WeB Cam
I put a Web Cam in our office window looking out on the vineyard. I will record segments throughout the year. So you can watch the vines and activities going. This should be alot of fun.

Snow on the vines
Everything looks so pretty today with the snow falling. So at lunch I took Cinnamon for a walk and took a couple pictures, she loves running in the snow.....I put the other pics in the gallery

Fall is Here
And the vineyard is going to sleep until the spring.........we thank God for the wonderful harvest we had this year..........and we can not wait to sample the wine from this years harvest its going to be remarkable and well worth the wait Iam sure............We will begin to prune the vineyard in January, but for now its time for the vines to rest.

Easton Waterfowl Festival
Well this festival marks the end of a very successful festival season for us.
The Waterfowl festival takes place November 9th, 10th & 11th, 2007 in Easton.
Click the link for details HERE. This festival has a lot going on but the Wine Pavilion is a little more intimate than many of the larger festival. Its perfect if your looking for a fall get-a-way. So be sure to say hello if you make it there.

Today at the Vineyard
Wow things have been busy here......harvest is almost complete........the final grapes left to be picked are the Cabernet Sauvignon........Today we pressed the Malvasia.....eating Malvasia grapes is just like eating candy.......So far everything is going smooth and 2007 shows every sign of being an exceptional vintage .

Today we visit with Dave Beyer Jr. the assitant winemaker here at Fiore. During the harvest of the chardonnay grapes. Here on the Blog we will follow each step of the process from grape to glass.

100th Birthday Celebration!
Today we hosted Katherine Endslow's 100th birthday party. We wish to express to her our admiration and the best of luck in her in the years to come. Also an interesting note about Katherine is that as a girl she grew up on the property that is now where Fiore Winery is located.

Fiore 14th Annual Wine,Jazz & Art Festival
Wow what a great time. We would like to thank all the Volunteers ,Vendors and Bands for all their hard work to make the weekend such a success. And a big Thank You to everyone that came out even in the rain on Sunday. We had so much fun we forgot to take alot of pictures. I posted what we did take in the Gallery

Bottling Day
We were low on Scarlette and with the Festival coming this weekend we needed to Bottle more. So I took some video of the bottling process.
