Adjusting Media Player Settings

If you have downloaded all of the necessary plugins for Enhanced Features and you are still having problems getting the video to play, you may need to adjust settings in Windows Media Player.

1. From the Start menu, choose Programs. Select Windows Media Player.
2. From the Media Player menu, choose Tools and select Options.
3. On the Player tab, choose Player Settings, check Connect to Internet.
4. Press OK.
